I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. the attention to detail was impressive, from the well-maintained rooms with a balcony to the impeccable service provided by the staff. Secondly, the location of the hotel near the punnamada kayal area was perfect for those wanting to explore the surroundings. Lastly, the breakfast spread was sumptuous, offering a variety of tasty options.
No improvement needed, everything was exceptional.

one of the dining options, halais restaurant was 5 mins walk away. a brilliant base for exploring alappuzha. i loved the location. it is in front of the airport.

I had a great experience staying at this resort during my recent trip to Kerala. the location was perfect, as it was near the beach and close to the city center. the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the service provided by the staff was excellent, as they were courteous and attentive to my needs. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the view of the punnamada kayal area from the resort was stunning. it was a delightful stay with fantastic facilities and room advantages.
There were some minor issues with the TV connection and the broken flush lever in the bathroom.

Spent Easter at a hotel that was well-located and offered a lovely view of the surroundings. the traditional ambiance and non-traditional food were quite attractive. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and they were very hospitable.
The hotel did not have a tea/coffee kettle in the room, which was quite inconvenient. the air conditioning unit in the room was noisy and not efficient.
